Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you and BlackFortz Capital Ltd (trading as Vechtron, "Vechtron", "we", "us") — a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16153268, with registered office at Unit F Winston Business Park, Churchill Way, Chapeltown, Sheffield, S35 2PS — when you use vechtron.com, the Vechtron Fleet web app, or the Vechtron Fleet Driver mobile app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Vechtron is a fleet-intelligence platform. Vehicle telemetry ingestion, GPS tracking, maintenance programs, inspection reminders, driver scoring, an AI assistant, and related services. Features vary by subscription tier.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not track a person without their knowledge, consent, or a lawful basis.
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
Do not resell, white-label, or sublicence without written agreement.
Do not overload our infrastructure or scrape beyond published API limits.
Do not use the Service for anything illegal, hateful, or harmful.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices at vechtron.com/pricing, exclusive of VAT and other sales taxes where applicable. Our payment processor Paddle acts as merchant of record and may add local taxes at checkout according to your billing country. Price changes with 30 days' notice.

Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation effective end of billing period; refunds as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Your data

You own the data you upload. We process it on your behalf under our Privacy Policy and any applicable DPA. We will not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance announced in advance where feasible.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". No warranties about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Telemetry from third-party devices may contain errors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

Vechtron's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. No indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10. Indemnity

You indemnify Vechtron against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, non-payment, or legal reasons. See Account Deletion.

12. Changes

Material changes announced in-app and by email at least 30 days before taking effect.

13. Governing law

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
